What You’ll Do

1. Agile Delivery Execution

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Track delivery progress across the project lifecycle and ensure timely execution of deliverables and milestones.

Maintain alignment between team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery goals.

2. Impediment & Risk Management

Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting team velocity and delivery outcomes.

Maintain risk trackers and proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership.

Engage stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Legal, Audit) to ensure delivery compliance and minimize operational exposure.

3. Stakeholder & Dependency Management

Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams to manage cross‑team dependencies and ensure end‑to‑end delivery alignment.
