About the Role
At SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group , we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Tech Team.
What will you do?
- Act as an ambassador for agile values, promoting an agile mindset and the adoption of agile frameworks across teams.
- Guide and coach product teams while supporting Product Owners in delivering continuous customer value.
- Serve as a hands‑on servant leader by proactively identifying and removing impediments that may impact the product team's progress.
