Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks.
- Guide and coach product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments for the product team.
- Collaborate with strong empathy and communication skills to resolve conflicts.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster new, creative solutions.
- Work pragmatically to support teams in delivering high-quality solutions with speed.
- Act as an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community.
