Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Leader (Hybrid/Remote)

NCS Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to educate teams on Agile values and drive Scrum ceremonies in a customer‑facing environment. You will plan and track software development work, foster collaboration with Product Owners, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Scrum Master, 7+ years in software design and development with agile experience, and strong English communication across stakeholders.
