Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Track and analyze sprint metrics such as velocity, burn-downs, and cycle time to improve efficiency
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Support multiple squads working on communications, AI, platform, and customer experience
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices
- Collaborate with compliance, security, and data teams to ensure seamless agile delivery
