Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).


• Champion Agile values and principles across the organization and coach team members on best practices.


• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog.


• Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.


• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.


• Manage and track project budgets, monitor actual vs. planned expenditures, and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
