For our office in adesso Spain , we are looking for an experienced Scrum / Agile Master to join our team and support agile software development initiatives. You will guide teams through agile processes, ensure successful project delivery, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
- Support teams with a basic technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
- Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and report metrics
- Facilitate workshops and visual collaboration using Miro
- Coach teams to improve self-organization, accountability, and performance
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and product owners
