**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:This position supervises customer service analysts, production planners and material planners; to ensure the timely availability of materials at all phases at the process.Also, maintains and monitors inventory levels according to company policy.
**Essential Functions**:A.
Supervises inventory control activities and evaluates excess and obsolete material elimination.B.
Seeks process improvements opportunities for inventory management process; maintains inventory reports; analyzes material movement improvements; and establishes inventory locations and space utilization strategies.C.
Understands materials planning for assuring customer delivery and inventory objectives are met; and reviews engineering changes to ensure activities are effectively coordinated, implemented and avoid obsolete material.D.
