What you'll do
Production Scheduling / Planning
Support the creation, adjustment, and execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
Align production plans with capacity, labor availability, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure schedule adherence.
Monitor WO status, identify delays, and generate recovery plans when needed.
Track production performance and maintain scheduling KPIs.
Monitor finished goods inventory levels and system accuracy.
Maintain updated records in system SAP.
Provide daily reports on production, inventory, and order status.
Shipping
Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL, customs documentation).
Track shipments with forwarders/carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve transportation delays and delivery issues.
Maintain and update shipping KPIs.
