POSITION OVERVIEW The Principal is the chief administrator of the school, responsible for overseeing policies, programs, curriculum activities, facility operations, and the school’s budget.
The Principal must effectively communicate the school’s vision and goals to both parents and students.
Additionally, the Principal is expected to collaborate with the administrative team, support and guide all staff members, and maintain positive relationships with the Ministry of Education.
Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies.
