Responsibilities- Support timetable planning and academic scheduling activities
- Assist with course registration and academic administration matters
- Coordinate examination processes, submissions, and results administration
- Process student requests, including credit transfers, leave applications, and programme changes
- Support administration for exchange students and academic programme matters
- Assist in planning and coordination of outreach and engagement events
- Support postgraduate admissions processing, interview coordination, and application tracking
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on administrative processes
