Schneider Early Career Program - System Design Engineer

The System Design Engineer (SDE) is a key technical role within the Digital Energy Technical and Solutions team. The SDE works closely with the System Architect, Tendering Team, and the Application Centre to develop competitive, compliant, and well‑engineered solutions for project bids. This role ensures technical clarity, accurate scope definition, and the production of high‑quality design deliverables needed for tender submission and internal technical governance. It is part of the Schneider Early Career Program (SECP), a one‑year program for high‑potential professionals with 3–5 years of experience.
