Responsibilities
- Full ownership and responsibility of the success of small to mid-size projects.
- Identifying variation orders, such as identifying and interpreting customer change requests.
- Project progress tracking and reporting to customers and management in a timely manner, including submittals/approvals, cost, schedule, manpower, procurement and quality issue updates.
- Cost control, monitoring, forecasting, and ensuring delivery of financial commitments, ensuring cost, revenue, invoice to meet company forecast of sales.
- Attend customer meetings, follow up on customer inquiries/requests and concerns, provide prompt and positive feedback with solutions, and plan work schedules for the project.
- Support project manager in large or complex project situations when required.
