Job Title: Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler
Job Summary
The WFM Scheduler is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure operational efficiency while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). This role works closely with operations, forecasting, and real-time teams to ensure adequate staffing coverage and effective resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate weekly/monthly staff schedules based on forecasted demand
- Ensure staffing aligns with service level targets, occupancy, and productivity goals
- Manage shift bids, time‑off requests, and schedule adjustments
