Responsibilities
- Leads the development and management of integrated project schedules across all WBS levels, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and project deliverables.
- Facilitates interactive planning and scheduling sessions (e.g., pull planning, look-ahead planning, constraint analysis) with the project stakeholders to drive team alignment and schedule ownership.
- Identifies and communicates schedule delays, impacts and variances to the PCL Baseline Schedule and recommends recovery strategies.
- Conducts site walks to audit the short- and long-term plans. validating schedule accuracy with the project team.
- Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
