- Answer and manage calls professionally, addressing inquiries and maintaining client relations.
- Coordinate caregiver assignments and schedules, ensuring proper client matches.
- Handle payroll tasks, including verifying timesheets and updating telephony records.
- Maintain accurate records of caregivers in ClearCare and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Provide on‑call support when required and assist with recruiting, hiring, and training caregivers.
