- Manage and support Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM / MECM.
- Create, modify, and maintain task sequences for bare-metal deployment, In-place upgrades, and refresh scenarios.
- Perform L3-level troubleshooting for imaging failures, task sequence issues, driver injection problems, PXE boot issues, and deployment errors.
- Manage boot images, driver packages, BIOS/firmware integration, and hardware model-based imaging configurations.
- Configure and support PXE, multicast, distribution points, and content distribution for imaging deployments.
