Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner.
- Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules:
- ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM)
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Scripting in ServiceNow, a solid understanding of JavaScript
- Scripted REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs
- Import Tables, Custom Tables, Standard Module Tables, Extending Tables
- Business Rules
- Event Queues
