Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for plant operation from the SCADA control room and the shift operators during his shift.
- Ensure all operation activities performed during the shift meet health, safety and environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain proper operation of the plant to meet performance guarantees at all times.
- Prepare accurate operation reports, including production volumes, influent/effluent water quality and OPEX consumptions.
- Ensure workplace orderliness, foster a harmonious working environment, and provide effective leadership to operators under supervision, addressing both technical and non-technical matters efficiently.
