Job Summary
The Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SCADA systems using Ignition in automotive manufacturing environments. You will assist in defining and deploying the Corporate standard SCADA solution to new manufacturing lines. You will support various teams of engineers and technical personnel in developing, training, and troubleshooting tasks. Requirements include integrator, end user (Plant) and contractor coordination. The Senior Engineer - SCADA will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Required Education and Experience- STEM degree with minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/automation, tooling, & program management.
- Experience with Python, REACT, Vue, Java, C++, Docker, Flask, FastAPI, MQTT, and reverse proxy solutions.
- Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron PLC experience.
- Robot programming experience (Preferable Fanuc)....
