SBCI Workplace Support Consultant

Become a key contributor to SBCI as a Workplace Support Consultant. This role focuses on developing and managing workplace support programs, enhancing attendance, disability, and mental health initiatives while allowing for a flexible hybrid work environment.
Reporting to the Chief of Workplace Support Services, this full-time position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients. You will provide expert guidance on complex issues, manage projects, and develop training materials effectively. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating programs and establishing metrics to improve efficiencies.
