Operate and monitor Industrial cooking mixing machine and Industrial sauce processing system to ensure safe, efficient and hygienic production of sauces and dressings as per required quality standards.

Machine Operation

• Operate Industrial cooking system for batch cooking, mixing and emulsifying sauces
• Maintain correct temperature, mixing speed and time
• Operate sauce processing and cooking system for transfer, processing and discharge of sauce
• Feed sauce to packing machines (sachet, 1kg pouch line)
• Ensure smooth coordination between both machines – one operator handles both sequentially

Batch Preparation

• Follow recipe instructions for each batch – ingredients, quantity, sequence
• Load raw materials into Stephan machine correctly
• Monitor batch consistency, colour and texture
