SAQ Paralegal

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review of property documents and preparation of contracts including drafting of legal documents such as Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, Special Power of Attorney, and related Affidavits.

• Meeting with company's partners and lessors relative to contract negotiation and finalization on the terms and conditions as needed. Responsible in negotiation to the Adjacent lot owner (ALO) and securing the supporting documents.

• Business correspondence

• Meeting with Local government unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business, or a related field; Paralegal certification is an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications, site acquisition, or paralegal work.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine laws on Contracts, Property, Succession, and the National Building Code. ...
