Brief

Drive successful SAP S/4HANA adoption by designing and delivering engaging end-user training and learning solutions that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence needed for deployment and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SAP end-user training materials and learning content
• Coordinate training schedules, workshops and virtual learning sessions
• Work closely with Functional Leads and Change Management teams to identify training requirements
• Maintain training documentation, user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge articles
• Support Train-the-Trainer activities across regional deployment teams
• Monitor training completion and user readiness metrics
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve learning materials
• Support Go-Live, Hypercare and post-deployment knowledge transfer activities
