What will you do?

• Assume IT consulting responsibilities in SuccessFactors.
• Implement customer requirements across relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Adjust system settings in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure ongoing operations and successful implementation of customer requirements in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Join a cross‑functional team with colleagues in Spain and Germany.

What's your story?

• Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration and support in one or more modules.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking, proactive, team‑oriented spirit and desire to continuously learn and innovate.

• Experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors projects or modules.
• German language skills.
