We are seeking an experienced SAP Operations Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, supporting Finance-related processes. This role will focus on day-to-day SAP operations, system support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules aligned with finance and reporting needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, contract-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Finance integrations, reporting, and data accuracy
- Manage day-to-day system activities including user access, configurations, workflows, and data maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with SAP vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
