Job Description: Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role Key Responsibilities Lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Act as the single point of contact for onshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and accountability across all delivery streams.
