Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role 

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for onshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and accountability across all delivery streams.
• Own and drive build, testing, and PRR (Production Readiness Review) technical activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution
• Govern solution design, configuration, integrations, and data migration to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
