- Handling Incidents, Alerts, and Service Requests with knowledge of SAP as a key user or support role. Troubleshooting and resolving any issue impacting SAP performance such as hardware and related applications.
- Help the SAP Senior Team to manage daily operations ensuring high availability, coordinate with international teams in global projects, crisis handling, and de-escalation initiatives.
- Provide proper documentation and assist the Senior SAP Engineer in defining technical operational concepts, developing guidelines for implemented SAP landscapes, and rolling out this information/knowledge to the rest of the team.
- Participate with the Senior SAP Team in planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies.
