SAP SF ECP Functional Lead • Must have 12 years of experience with Information Technology with 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM. • Experience in implementing US Payroll with good understanding of local and global payroll regulations. • Must be certified in Employee Central Payroll and at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP SF modules and functionality. • Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements. • Expertise in providing Consulting Services to Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions • Translate requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices • Hands-on all the Data Models and excellen...
