SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing configuration changes and enhancements of our SAP System to support our Customer Service Organisation.
To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas.
Responsibilities- Design, customize and implement core functionalities of SAP CS/PM and/or SD modules in the AfterSales Service Area for the automotive sector.
- Serve as a SAP Power User for the named modules.
- Plan, roll‑out and implement new business applications and functionalities within the SAP Modules.
- Lead successful implementation projects, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Manage technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP (Orders, Notifications, Equipments and functional locations, contracts, maintenance planning).
