The enterprise analytics landscape is being transformed through the migration of selected SAP ECC and BW reporting assets to a Cloud Service Platform (CSP), the transition of on-premises data to a cloud-based data lake, and the retrofit and repointing of dashboards to ensure uninterrupted reporting and business continuity throughout the S/4HANA cutover and subsequent deployment waves.
- Define the target-state analytics and data strategy, supported by a clear set of architectural principles and decision frameworks.
- Develop an integrated roadmap for analytics, cloud data platform, and dashboard modernization, fully aligned with the SAP S/4HANA transformation waves.
