SAP SAC Consultant – Google Analytics & Power BI (Experience Analytics)
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior SAP SAC Consultant with deep experience in digital/customer experience analytics to design and implement an end-to-end analytics solution combining Google Analytics (GA4/Big Query) and SAP data (BW on HANA now, S/4 HANA later) in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The consultant will help us capture and model front-end experience data from our SAP Commerce/Hybris platforms and expose it alongside core SAP data in SAC dashboards and stories for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an end-to-end analytics architecture to capture and model customer experience data from SAP Commerce/Hybris (B2 C, B2 B, B2 B2 C) using Google Analytics / GA4 and Big Query as the core data store.
Configure and optimize Google Analytics tracking for our Hybris-based storefronts (login success/fail, page views, time on page, product views, click paths,...
