- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience leading and managing QA teams within SAP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of Xray for test management and its integration with Jira
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, with Tricentis Tosca being highly valued
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team‑oriented mindset
