Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively alongside the case controllers and IT CAM of the account to deliver IT services across the integrated scope for the assigned Account and own integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned.
- Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service.
- Has knowledge of SAP HR modules including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc.
- Performs the analysis of current customer business processes and takes detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes.
- Makes estimates of time and resources required and proposes the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design and prototype of the system.
