Role Overview Position: SAP S/4HANA PTM Lead (Production Planning, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Integration)

Key Responsibilities
1. Incident & Problem Management Own and manage L2 and L3 support tickets for PP, QM, and related supply chain modules in SAP S/4HANA.Oversee critical incidents (P1/P2) ensuring strict adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve).Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues to prevent future operational disruptions.
2. Manufacturing & Quality Operations Monitor critical background jobs, such as MRP Live, capacity planning, and shop floor execution, to ensure system health.Support master data governance and data consistency related to Routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs),...
