Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, and system configuration Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, and ETA Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 complianc...
