SAP Program Director

I am seeking a SAP Program Director who will lead a large‑scale, multi‑year SAP transformation program in Spain, overseeing five major sub‑projects and coordinating delivery across multiple cross‑functional teams, system integrators, and business units. This role provides executive‑level leadership, ensuring alignment between program strategy, business objectives, and SAP solution architecture. The Program Director will establish and run the overall governance model, drive SAP Activate‑aligned delivery, manage complex dependencies across workstreams, and ensure predictable execution of scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
