**Job Description**:**What you would do**:Implement changes on actual systems in production and other departments Support COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.
**How you will do it**:- Conduct SAP and MES usage audits.
- Fully responsible for maintaining the ERP system updated for all manufacturing / Engineering enrichment fields, Materials, and All parameters needed.
- Conduct problem analysis of SAP and MES usage and take actions to improve.
- Generate and maintain KPIs related to SAP and MES usage.
- Evaluate all current processes at the manufacturing plant to develop standards- Create Manufacturing BOM's- Create Manufacturing Routings- Calculate the cycle times needed for meeting the customer tack times- Validate all manufacturing process to meet the current ergonomic standards- Identify process improvements and implement those at the proper locations- Develop proper documentation for people meeting the standard processes.
