We're supporting a global manufacturing organisation on a major SAP ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Lead to join a long-term international rollout. What You'll Be Doing Lead the SAP Plant Maintenance workstream across international manufacturing sites. Facilitate workshops with maintenance and operations teams to understand current processes and future business requirements. Perform gap analysis between existing business processes and the SAP template, recommending improvements where required. Define and validate functional process designs that support maintenance operations. Develop and deliver training to business users, ensuring successful adoption of new processes. Provide onsite support during cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare. Challenge implementation partners where necessary to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to business objectives.
