We are currently seeking a SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Provide L2/L3 support for Procure-to-Pay processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Stock Management. Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, support minor enhancements, coordinate with business users, and ensure SLA compliance. Experience in integration with FI, WM, and SD preferred.
Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
