SAP Manager (Basis and Security)

Role Overview

In this role you will establish and lead a team of GSRs in Mexico, reporting directly to a US manager. Your primary objective is to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that supports the existing dedicated teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the shared service team of 8 GSRs in Mexico.
• Streamline and document processes across dedicated teams to enhance efficiency and reduce workload.
• Collaborate closely with LL6s worldwide to ensure high collaboration.
• Manage functional reporting for resources in Mexico and remain available to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls.
