Role overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant with strong utilities industry experience to support customer financial and collections processes within a large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP IS-U FI-CA processes including Payments, Payment Lots, Dunning, Collections, Write-offs, Refunds, Security Deposits, and Payment Plans
- Manage clarification account handling, cash application, and payment clearing activities
- Support Promise-to-Pay (PTP) processes and collections workflows
