Must Have Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP IAG and GRC Access Control modules.
Experience in SOD rule set configuration and risk analysis.
Familiarity with SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, authorization objects).
Compliance & Risk Management
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR) and their impact on access governance.
Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
3+ years in SAP security, GRC, or IAG roles.
Experience in multi-system SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Knowledge of integration between SAP IAG and other identity management tools.
