We’re seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team for end‑to‑end implementation and support of the SAP HCM Suite, covering Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management.
Responsibilities
- Participate and understand all project phases: Planning/Designing, Development/Configuration, System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post‑go‑live support/Hypercare.
- Drive and/or participate in requirements confirmation discussions and requirements gathering workshops.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis to assess feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in SAP SuccessFactors standard functionalities.
- Contribute to accurate creation and updating of Configuration Workbooks.
