- You take on the functional and technical responsibility for SAP Field Service Management within our client’s S/4HANA environment
- You act as the central interface between service teams, dispatch/planning and IT — ensuring field service processes are accurately represented, integrated and continuously improved in the system
- Responsible for the stable operation and further development of SAP FSM, including integration with S/4HANA
- Configuration and optimization of dispatch, planning and reporting/confirmation processes
- Implement system changes and coordinate releases in alignment with SAP
- Contribute to or lead FSM implementations and integration projects with S/4HANA
- Interface ownership between FSM and backend processes: service orders, spare parts, time and cost reporting
