- Strong SAP FI architecture experience across ECC and S/4HANA, including brownfield/system conversion programs.
- Good understanding of S/4HANA Finance impacts, including Universal Journal, Business Partner integration, and finance-related simplification items.
- Experience in fit-gap workshops, solution governance, and integration of finance design with tax, treasury, controlling, procurement, and order-to-cash flows.
- Ability to support data validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready design and risk summaries.
