We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support the People & Organization (PAO) Team within the SHERPA X transformation program. The role focuses on Payroll and Concur (Travel & Expense) processes, ensuring seamless integration, system configuration, and operational stability within the SAP S/4HANA (S4P) landscape. The consultant will contribute to global process harmonization, system implementations, and ongoing support activities, working closely with international stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processes & Integration

• Support end-to-end payroll posting processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Configure and maintain symbolic accounts (e.g., wage type mappings) and G/L account determination
• Ensure proper functioning of payroll interfaces and integration flows (e.g., file-based integration, AIF/PI)
