Job Summary

SAP Fieldglass Functional Lead – 12‑month contract in downtown Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on leading the Fieldglass workstream within a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, driving design, standardization, and implementation for contingent workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Fieldglass workstream within a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, partnering with business stakeholders and Deloitte.
• Design and deliver future‑state contingent workforce management processes, reducing customizations and adopting clean‑core practices.
• Lead functional design workshops, gather requirements, facilitate decision‑making, and define future‑state contractor and contingent workforce processes.
• Improve key integrations and business processes, including Fieldglass integration with S/4HANA, Workday, and financial systems, resolving invoice processing, data synchronization, and operational challenges.
