- Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in SAP Finance
- Strong hands on experience in GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Account-based COPA
- Proven capability in financial data validation:
- Trial Balance reconciliation (0 variance expectation)
- AR/AP vs GL reconciliation
- Experience in data migration validation (TM1, TM2, cutover)
- Ability to support SIT1, SIT2, and UAT testing:
- R2R, O2C, P2P financial impacts
- Understanding of retail finance integration:
- POS - Revenue - FI Postings
- Strong knowledge on tax and country-specific compliance
- Validation rules and reconciliation logic
- Financial Reports and interfaces (RICEF-F, RICEF-I)
- Experience in multi-entity / multi-country environments
- Candidates must be well versed on COPA specifically and Universal Journal part
